Editorial and corrections policy
What is published
Legal updates and checklists on new and changing Indian laws, written for businesses and individuals. Each article names its practice area, audience, author, the date the law is stated as at, and its sources.
How an article is prepared
Research draws on the official text of the law: Acts, rules, Gazette notifications, official circulars and judgments. Drafts may be prepared with research assistance, including AI tools. Every statement of law is checked against that text, and each article is reviewed and approved by Gurleen Kaur before publication.
What articles do not do
Articles do not discuss identifiable client matters, offer services or invite readers to engage the practice.
Dates and corrections
Each article shows the date it was published and the date the law is stated as at. Articles are not revised for later changes in the law; later developments are covered in new notes that refer to the earlier ones. An error found shortly after publication is corrected in the article itself. Corrections may be sent to [email protected].
